I use the city cream on a daily basis, and the extreme one when climbing and traveling. It does not freeze and it spreads well, even below -20°C. The Manaslu Outdoor brand has joined my equipment for good.
Polish Tatra, Alps and Himalayan climber. Member of the Polish national team in high-altitude climbing. Participant of the Polish Winter Himalayan program. He began his adventure with high mountains in 2012, when he tried to summit Lhotse (8516 m a.s.l.), together with Artur Hajzer. Although they did not reach the summit, Artur was invited to a national expedition to Broad Peak (8051 m a.s.l.). On March 5, 2013, led by Krzysztof Wielicki, the expedition achieved global success – Małek, Bielecki, Berbeka and Kowalski stood on the top of an eight-thousander that had never been reached in winter. In 2014, Artur took part in a summer expedition to K2, which was a reconnaissance before a winter conquest of that mountain. He withdrew 150 m before the summit. In the winter of 2017/2018 he participated in the national winter expedition to K2, during which he was one of the best ones as far as the number how many times he had left towards the face of the mountain is concerned. He has been climbing for 20 years. Mountains, mountains, mountains and mountains again – this is his whole world. He has been to mountain ranges on nearly all continents. However, among all forms of mountain activity, he values ice climbing the most. He has climbed interesting summits in the Alps, among others. He is a graduate of physiotherapy at the Silesian Medical University. In 2018 he was awarded an honorary badge for his merits to the Śląskie Voivodeship.
